It has now been a year since Charlie departed. My deepest sympathies to Betsy and all of his family. Those of us who worked with him on the Christ Church teller team have mourned his loss.

My sincere condolences to the family of Commander Charlie Kane. He was such a kind man and a pleasure to work with at TROA/MOAA, and to see at events he attended after his retirement. Thank you for your dedicated service to the military servicemembers and their families, sir. Rest in peace.

I was on the teller team that Charlie led at Christ Church for many years. He was a very dedicated and well-organized leader, but also very friendly and easy-going. Our team had many enjoyable
conversations in addition to counting the collections. I know we will all miss him.
