We are saddened beyond words to hear about Chuck. Chuck was a great support especially to my son, James, when we lived in Stafford. We have such great and warm memories of him. I'm so sorry that we weren't at the service to support the family. I will call soon and will be praying for comfort, peace, and everything the family needs at this unthinkable time. With love, Natalie Waggener

Hail Fellow Well Met. Chuck was a wonderful friend and mentor. He was also the best boss I ever had. I feel very privileged to have had this man in my life. The time I got to serve with him and enjoy our friendship and everything that went along with that was way too short. He left this earth like he lived his life, taking care of others. I will never forget you Chuck.

To the entire Sines Family, we offer our most sincere and heartfelt condolences on the passing of Chuck. He was a great man who continuously demonstrated his love of God by his many acts of kindness and charity as well as his service with the Knights. His respect for his country was proven by his many years of service both in and out of uniform, and most importantly, the love and admiration of his loving & beautiful Family. We truly hope that the warm and loving memories of yesterday will help ease those terrible pains of today. He will missed. God Bless you all, Jerry & Denise Jones
