Linda, my heart goes out to you, your family and all those who loved and mourn the loss of your mother, Chris.

Chris was one of the most welcoming people at Steptoe - maybe we bonded because we were both from Massachusetts. She was hospitable in the office and out. I think she was the founding member of the "lunch bunch." I treasure my memories of her. My sympathies to you all.

It was pure pleasure getting to know your mom as I brought her communion on a monthly basis. She was a fascinating woman and I truly enjoyed our time together. Linda, she spoke of you often and with much love. I know you will miss her very much. Her memories will live on in our hearts.
