It is with profound sadness that the family of Christopher William Robertson III announces he passed away at his home in Orange, VA. on Friday, May 18, 2018 at the age of 58. Chris will be forever remembered by his brothers, Greg Robertson and his wife, Sherri of Centerville, VA., Keith Robertson of San Diego, CA., Scott Robertson and his husband, Kevin McCusty of Richmond, VA., his stepson's, Bryan O'Connell and his wife, Sara and William Gazes and his wife, Robin. He will also be remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Christopher and Sandra Robertson, formerly of Fairfax Station, VA.Born in Oceanside, NY, Chris was a graduate of WT Woodson High School and George Mason University in Fairfax. Chris loved spending time with his family and friends in the woods and on the water, mostly pursuing his greatest joys, deep sea fishing and the beach. His family intends to honor his memory at the beach with a memorial in July on Long Beach Island, NJ.Memorial donations in honor of Chris can be made to the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation or the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Arrangements have been entrusted to Preddy Funeral Home of Orange.
