While at the Field School, Chris was a member of the cross-country, basketball, and track teams, and was a role model for younger students; he won several awards, including the Aude Sapere award, the Citizenship Award, and a Coaches Award. While at Penn, Chris was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and Carriage Senior Society. In 2016, he worked at Gemic, a strategy consulting company in Helsinki, Finland. In 2017, he worked as a web producer for GQ at Conde Nast in New York. Survivors include his father, John Sener of Takoma Park, MD; aunt and uncle Candice and Dave Falger; aunt and uncle Billy and Mary McCaffrey; aunt Patricia Sener; cousins Sarah McCaffrey, William McCaffrey, Jeremy Wolf and his sons Thomas and Noah Wolf, Lukas Wolf, and Emily Falger and her daughter Lorelai Boehler. Chris was two years ahead of my son, Devon, at Lowell and he always looked out for the younger kids. You and Chris made us feel very welcome within the Lowell community. We remember his kindness all these years later. My heart aches for your loss.
