Just heard of Cliff's passing; my thoughts and prayers to his family. We worked together several years ago on projects for CIO/G-6; he always had a listening ear. Sad day! With prayers for God's grace and love.

I only just learned of Cliff's passing. We served together in uniform at CIO/G-6, retired together, and started as civil servants on the same day. I will miss him! Allen Haines

So very sad to hear of Cliff's passing. Cliff was like an older brother to me when I was at the AF Academy and he was stationed at Ft. Carson in Colorado Springs, CO. Words cannot express how much respect and admiration I had for him as an Officer and a Gentleman. He was a first class person all the way and I'm so very blessed we crossed paths in this life. His love and caring helped carry me through my Academy experience. My thought and prayers go out to his entire family. God Bless, Sean and Kim Black

Very sadden by Cliff's passing. Those of us who knew him only from work marveled at his courage, dedication, and grace during his illness. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I was shocked to learn of Cliff's death. I fondly remember our many conversations at TDC (The Dance Company) events where our girls were teammates. He was always friendly, funny, empathetic, and modest. Please accept my heartfelt condolences as you struggle to deal with this terrible loss.
