Dear Shepherd Family,
I grew up with Cynthia living two doors from the family. She was older than me but she always had a calm manner and quietness about her and was always kind to me. I remember her leaving the area and relocating to Washington DC and working for the Library of Congress. Sharon, Sheila, Andrea, Jeanne and Anthony you all have my deepest sympathy, she will be missed but she is at peace where there is no more pain and suffering and the Lord has welcomed her home. May all of you be Blessed during this time of sadness. Love ya Carolyn

Dear Shepherd family our deepest sympathies and condolences. We got to know Cynthia when she worked at the Library of Congress. She's a kind and giving person and she will be missed. We hope your fond memories of Cynthia will comfort and strengthen you during your time of grief. God bless you.

DEAR CYNTHIA, I'M SORRY THAT YOU HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE I GOT A CHANCE TO SAY GOODBY. I GUESS GOD DECIDED HEAVEN NEEDED YOU MORE THAN US. I'M SURE YOU WILL WEAR YOUR WINGS PROUDLY DEAR CYN, AND ALWAYS KEEP AN EYE ON THOSE YOU LEFT BEHIND. WE WILL ALL MISS YOUR CHEEKY GRIN, KIND HEART, AND WARM AND GENEROUS SPIRIT. OF THAT YOU CAN BE CERTAIN. BUT PLEASE BELIEVE ME CYNTHIA WHEN I SAY THAT EVEN THOUGH MY HEART IS BROKEN, YOUR LOVE AND YOUR SWEETNESS OF SOUL WILL LIVE IN ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO SHARE YOUR LIFE. REST WELL DEAR CYN. YOUR GRIEVING AND HEARTBROKEN SISTER JEANNE
