Darion Griffin Obituary
Darion Lynette Miller Griffin of Silver Spring, MD, peacefully transitioned at home on January 6, 2025. She leaves to cherish her memory husband Thomas Griffin, daughter Alison Lynette Carney, and stepsons Michael Griffin and Terrance Griffin. She is also survived by her brother, William Miller (Darlene); sister Jacqueline Byrd (Calvin); and sister-in-law Cheryl Miller (the late Michael); and other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Vinie Miller, and brothers Michael Miller and Stephen Miller. Funeral service for Mrs. Griffin will be held at Ward Memorial AME Church, 241 42nd St. NE, Washington, DC, on Saturday, February 1, viewing from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Reverend Dr. Dededrick O. Rivers, officiating. Interment at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Bladensburg, MD. Services by Stewart Funeral Home, Inc.
