DARIUS TREY TURNER
Darius Trey Turner, 18, of Brandywine, MD died July 27, 2013 at Prince Georges Hospital. He was born March 22, 1995 in Richmond, VA, the son of Ira C. Turner and Travina R. Salmond. Homegoing services will be held on Friday August 2; viewing at 10 a.m. and service at 11 a.m. at Community of Hope A.M.E. Church, 3701 Branch Avenue, Hillcrest Heights, MD 20748.

King Tre ... I can remember every single time you walked through our door....I would always be the frist one to answer because I knew that you were coming with no bad news..just some sprinkles of joy....I loved my tre and you will always hold a special part in my heart..They say the good dye young ...I now know that this is true ...for even though I won't be able to run down the stairs and open up the door and see that it is you ...I know that when the gates of heaven open up for me you will be standing there ...To Ms. Renee ...you did a wonderful job in raising tre ...he was always mild tempered, open to wisdom, kind hearted, trustworthy and sweet as can be...yall always said we took up for him, but how couldn't we ...he was just that kind of person and it was because of all the hardwork and wonderful values and chacter you built into tre ...thank you for allowing tre to impact our lives ....to Shanice he loved you more than any brother sister duo I have ever seen...yall were the cutest siblings i have ever witness and like tre you are in a special place in my heart ....to D and Tre's father ....he loved yall too...you all influenced him in so many ways ...I could hear it in his talk about his future .....to kay and lil d ...yall were his sisters and brothers and he loved yall just as that ....I love yall all and will keep you all in my prayers ...muah

Ohhhh- my dear Trey!!! My oldest nephew!!! I love you so much! I still can't believe this has happened!
We had such a special relationship with you and Shanice! I remember you always hopping in our car to go somewhere and dragging us to the outlets. You were the first boy I saw wearing "skinny jeans"- lol! You always told Will and I the latest styles! You've spent summers with us and always loved to help take care of Brandon and Maya. And I could always count on you to watch Eva whenever we went out of town! All of your little cousins looked up to you! They knew- "the party didn't start til Trey walked in"!!!
We are going to miss you so much! But looking forward to seeing you again!
I'm sure your uncle Liljymm was there to welcome you with open arms!
