Passed away on March 27, 2003. Devoted and loving father of daughter, Taylor Bargmann and son, Blake Bargmann, both of Fairfield, CT; cherished son of Inez Bargmann, Silver Spring, MD. Beloved by his sister, Joan, Gaithersburg, MD; brothers, James, Silver Spring, and Michael, Severna Park, MD; brother-in-law, Jack Canterbury and sisters-in-law, Millie Bargmann and Elizabeth Bargmann. He is also loved and survived by nephews and niece, Kyle, Ryan, Brendan, and Catherine. His former wife, Laura Bargmann, also survives him. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 21, at Our Lady of Grace, (Leisure World) 15661 Norbeck Blvd., Silver Spring. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial to his children's trust and sent to: The Bargmann Childrens Fund c/o Joan Canterbury, 8625 Emory Grove Rd., Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
