One of the great joys of my time as a prosecutor was working with David . We worked together for about 2 years and shared many laughs . I still miss him

I was very sad to hear of David's passing from one of the attorneys I work with yesterday. I worked for David for many years. I met him at Polovoy & McCoy in 1990 and then he and I left that firm to set up his own practice. Working for David was fun, he was a humorous person and a close friend to me. I still recall when my father passed away, how he tried to get my mind off of it and I will always appreciate that. I loved David deeply and I know he understood that. There are really no words to describe what kind of person he was. He was generous and kind and I'll always cherish the memories of the time I knew him. He loved to make people laugh.

I am so saddened to just hear of David's passing. We were good friends in High School. Many Friday nights we would play poker and go out to the Howard Johnson's afterwards for a good laugh. To his family, I wish you well in this difficult time.

Dear Abe, Rita, Bruce and Jon,
Linda and I were so saddened to hear of David's death. Our families shared so many Sundays under the tree at Green Valley and many competitive tennis matches. In all of my dealings with David I was impressed by his friendly out going kindness. I have nothing but the warmest memories.
Love,
Don and Linda

I was deeply saddened to learn of David's passing. He was my best friend in high school. Although we had drifted apart as work and family took me to California, ironically David was the topic of conversation just last week. My youngest son received a letter of acceptance to David's alma mater, Dickinson College, which initiated a lengthy reminiscence of some of our adventures (the ones I could actually reveal to my 17 year old). David was a warm and caring man. Sincerely,

It was with great sadness I read of David's passing. He and I worked together in the Prosecutor's Office and were great friends during his time there. We enjoyed much laughter and the telling of wonderful stories. My deepest sympathies to his sons and family.
