DAVID FREDERICK Obituary
David LeRoy Frederick, Sr. (Age 86)
On Friday, December 3, 2021 at Hillhaven Nursing and Rehab in Adelphi, MD. Husband of Inez Claire McDermott; father of David L. Frederick, Jr. of Glen Burnie, MD and Susan Kearney of Myrtle Beach SC; stepfather of Charles (Mike) McDermott of Damascus, MD, Kathleen Doyle of Gambrills, MD and Donna Sulewski of Ludington, MI. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. David retired from the U.S. Navy after serving over 22 years in February 1976, obtained a Master's Degree in Special Education and taught for eight years at the School for Contemporary Education. In later years, he enjoyed volunteering in numerous positions for the Naval Relief Society and the Prince George's County Genealogical Society. Service and Interment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements by borgwardtfuneralhome.com
