David Luck Obituary
David attended Butler High School in Butler, PA and furthered his education with a degree from Penn State University. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sally A. Schnurer, and his parents, Jack R. and Mary F. Luck. Dave was laid to rest at Batavia Union Cemetery in Batavia, Ohio alongside his sister and parents.
An informal memorial gathering to reminisce and honor David Luck is planned on Sunday, May 19, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the indoor building next to the big outdoor pavilion at Bladensburg Waterfront Park, 4601 Annapolis Road, Bladensburg, MD 20710. Friends and colleagues are invited to join in celebrating his life and legacy.
David's creativity and kindness will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace.

Dave was my friend since we met in Junior High in Butler, PA. I still remember Dave, myself, and Rich singing in Jr. High Choir in "yellow brick" building where we learned to sing harmony. The other memory was the three of us and John on drums playing in our group we called The Clique in High School and rehearsing in Dave's basement (God bless his parents and the Beatles!)
Over the years we stayed in touch and it warms my heart that we did get chances to play guitars over the years. Wish I could have made it to Dave's Memorial Gathering.
