I worked with Debbie at Bldg 213 for over twenty years. She was always kind and thoughtful. We play softball together and shared many of the same ideas. The world will truely miss her bright smile and laughter. I pray that her family will grieve peacefully and know that Debbie was a large part of the NPIC family and had many friends there. God Bless You Debbie. Rest now. Merle Anderson

Mom,
Words cannot express how much I'm going to miss you. I feel very blessed to have known you and I learned so much from you. I am very grateful that you were there when Trev and I got married and when Jiselle was born. You and dad always made me feel apart of the family. I am sad that Jiselle is too young to remember you, but I promise I'm going to keep your memory alive. I’m going to tell her what a wonderful and loving grandmother she had and I’m going to show her pictures of you. I will also take care of Trev and Dad. I promise to learn how to cook well so we can keep the Sunday tradition of dinner at your house.
I know you are now in a better place and in no more pain. Thank you so much for everything you did for Trev, Jiselle and I. You will not be forgotten!
I love you very much!!!
Your daughter-in-law,
Daphanie Jenkins

I just want to say that Debbie was a Beautiful woman inside and out, she was my first supervisor when I started working for the government. She was always sweet and always spoke dearly of her husband Hugh, and her beloved sons, she spoke of Trev and TJ so much I felt like I grew up with them. The service for Debbie was like a reunion for her co-workers she would have been pleased at the turnout , that is because we all loved her, but Jesus loved her more. He has taken care of her and he will continue to take care of us all. Rest in Peace Debbie, you are in a beautiful place where there is no sickness and no pain. I will miss you.
