DENNIS LEE BOBO
Suddenly on Sunday, September 24, 2017, Dennis Lee Bobo was called on to Glory. He is survived by his devoted wife, Marian; two sons, Dennis C. and Daryl; two grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing will be held at Mount Carmel Baptist Church, 901 3rd Street, NW on Monday, October 2 from 10 a.m., until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment Washington National Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to R. N. Horton, Co., Morticians, Inc.

Dennis and I were coworkers at GSA. He was one of the most informed person that I have ever worked with. Every encounter with him was a lesson. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Gods blessings to his surviving family.

My prayers are with you and for you during this difficult time.Dennis was always a cool Dude, we met on a school trip to NYC in 8th grade going to a conference for young journalist sponsored by the National Scholastic Press Association. We had a great time and became fast friends. I moved away and lost touch, but I will always cherish the memories of that New York trip. May God's grace be sufficient as you cling to the fond memories you shared with Dennis.
