DESSIE ELISABETH NIEBUHR (Age 91)
On Monday, October 30, 2006 of Arlington, VA. A native of Eau Claire, WI, she was the beloved wife of the late Harlan B. Niebuhr; loving mother of Mary Niebuhr of Arlington, VA and Carol Park-Conroy of Alexandria, VA. Memorial service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, 3313 Arlington Blvd., Arlington, VA on Friday, November 3 at 11 a.m. Interment will be held at the Lakeview Cemetery, Eau Claire, WI. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Faith Lutheran Church or the Lutheran Social Services, 4406 Georgia Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20011. Arrangements by MURPHY FUNERAL HOME of ARLINGTON.
