Don was an amazing uncle and friend, I am so lucky to have had him in my life - he enriched it beyond measure. His love of people - no matter, who they were is inspiring. He is dearly missed and will be for years to come.

Betsy - I love you so much. You are an amazing aunt and friend.

Schoebs - you are all gems and I am so sorry for your loss.

He was one of the good guys - one could not ask for a better brother-in-law, a more caring, considerate human being. He was a great bread maker (do not take lightly the comfort in warm, tasty bread!); a mostly fun debater who liked to keep people on their toes, forcing them to think about their words and clarify their ideas; a person who showed genuine interest in others - both here and abroad - their lives, customs, and ideas. He so loved his wonderful wife and family - and extended family - seeking always to "be there" for them. He succeeded. Thank you, Donald the Schoeb, the suave - pardon me - suavy, debonair, for being you and part of our lives. We will miss you more than words can say.
