She is survived by her mother, Pearl Jackson, sisters, Denise Young, Brenda Gafford, Florence Gafford and Consuella Brooks; step-brother, Almarkia Jackson, and a host of relatives and friends. Services will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, Viewing 10 a.m.; Service 11 a.m. at Temple Of Praise, 700 Southern Avenue, SE. Interment National Harmony Memorial Park. www.FrazierMason.com

I worked with Doretta years ago at the Patent Office. Doretta had such a beautiful personality. I ran into Doretta shortly before she passed and we were so happy to see one another. I believe god allowed me to see Doretta for the last time. RIP Doretta until we meet again.
