DORIS DRESSER Obituary


DORIS ELAINE CHARLET DRESSER  
Joined our Lord when she passed away at home on March 29, 2012. She was born in LaGrange, Illinois April 27, 1925. Doris will be remembered for her exemplary devotion, unselfish love and faith who devoted herself to her beloved husband and soul mate, Don, of almost 60 years of marriage, as well as their four children; Cliff, Cathy Wolfrum (Garry), Judy and Jeff, including six grandchildren and six-great-grandchildren. Her Church family and extended family and friends will also remember Doris as a loyal and remarkable woman.A Celebration of Life Service will be held April 14, 2012, 11 a.m. at Severna Park United Methodist Church, 731 Benfield Rd., Severna Park, MD 21146. In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that if desired, that memorial contributions in honor of Doris, be submitted to their church and the Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD 21401

We have lost our beloved Aunt Doris to a better place. What an incredible lady. She was the epitome of love and optimism combined with down-to-earth practicality. Our sympathy to all the Dressers. We shave your grief and loss.

My heart felt sympathy to Uncle Don & my cousins. I will always cherish my memories of Aunt Doris and I'm greatful to have had her in my life. She wil be missed very much.

Our heart goes out to all the Dressers for their loss. Aunt Doris will be missed very much. I am lucky to have had her in my life and she will be a part of me forever - especially whenever I make Maryland Crab Cakes.
