On Friday, August 28, 2015, of Potomac, MD. Loving mother of Michael A. Coxen, Jeanne L. Koerber and the late James R. Coxen, Jr. Loving grandmother of Andrew R. Coxen, Ashley E. Koerber and Carrie A. Coxen. Forever loved by James R. Coxen, Sr., Anthony Izzo and Benjamin E. Skinker. Also loved, cherised and respected by many additional family and friends.
