Dorothy Sarecky Obituary

On Sunday, August 31, 2025, DOROTHY SARECKY of Mt. Airy, MD. Devoted wife of the late Robert Sarecky. Beloved mother of Melody, Steven (Lynda), Edward (Leisa) and John Sarecky. Cherished grandmother of Emily (Matt) Hough, Brian (Katie), Michael (Emily) and Matthew Sarecky, Lilly and Julia Huey, Gabriel (Marli) and Rachel Sarecky and great-grandmother of Roman, Cooper, Ella and Ava. Graveside funeral services will be held privately. Shiva will be observed at the home of Edward and Leisa Sarecky on Tuesday and Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the AARP Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to TORCHINSKY HEBREW FUNERAL HOME, 202-541-1001.
