Of Chantilly, VA on Thursday, September 11, 2003 at Fair Oaks Hospital. Loving son of Juanita R. and the late Donald P. Frazee; brother of Ronald R. Frazee, Vicki R. Agnew, and Stephen J. Frazee. Family will receive friends at ADAMS-GREEN FUNERAL HOME, 721 Elden St., Herndon, VA on Monday, September 15, 2003 from 10 to 11 a.m. where service will be held immediately following. Interment Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
