EARL DABNEY Obituary
Earl Sylvester Dabney
Earl Sylvester Dabney, Age 81, entered into eternal rest on November 26, 2021. He was born at Columbia Hospital for Women in Washington, DC and grew up in Arlington, VA. He was the second child of the late Mary Mozelle and Major Sylvester Dabney. He was preceded in death by his sister Yvonne (Dalila) Dabney-Johnson, and just weeks before Earl's passing, by his older brother Carver K. Dabney, on September 10, 2021. He is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years Veronica "Ronnie" Dabney. Along with his wife, he leaves to mourn his beloved children Earl Dabney (Marianne) and Michelle Barbour (Bernard); grandchildren, Jamari Barbour, Jordan Dabney and Jasmine Barbour; great grandchildren, Nia, Jordan and Nora Dabney; his sisters Noni Dabney, Aaliyah Fingers and Doris Dabney-Johnson (Lawrence); and, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Services will be held at Greene Funeral Home, 814 Franklin St., Alexandria, VA 22314, on Saturday, December 18, 2021.
