Edward Thomas Berriman "Ed" (Age 83)
Of St. Paul, Minnesota passed away peacefully on Friday, July 2, 2021. Preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Agnes Berriman, brothers, Arthur and Peter, and sister, Ann. Survived by his wife of 57 years Janet (Faherty) Berriman, children, Catharine (Kit) Snodgrass (Lyn), Mary Hughes (Paul), and adored grandchildren, Nicholas (Nick), Catharine (Cole) and Reegan and his sister, Margaret (Peg) Whitaker.Edward graduated in 1959 from Georgetown University and then served in the Army as a Captain in Korea. His passion in Hospitality was celebrated in his various positions within Ritz Carlton Hotels based both in the US and abroad.Ed was known for his welcoming smile, his fierce loyalty, love of music, enjoyment of a good meal and wine, and open heart. In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to Our Lady of Peace Hospice hhtps://ourladyofpeacemn.org/memorial-gifts or the Basset Rescue League of MD http://www.bassethoundrescuemd.org/donate. Funeral at National Cemetery to be named at a future time.
