I have known General Fris since the day I was born. He and my father were contemporaries. A great Marine. His late son Steve was one of my flight students at Pensacola. Both men (and Marines) have been missed for several years now. Let us not forget them.

General Fris...You are one of the GREATEST men i have ever met in my life. I was always proud to tell people that i knew you and that you were a friend of my Dad. Thanks for all those great days of hunting at Quantico. You are already missed, but you are with some fine Marines now. On behalf of my dad, SEMPER FI.

Please accept my sincere condolences. Death continues to be our great enemy. However we find comfort and hope in the bible promises found in Revelation 21:4 when "death will be no more, nor mourning, nor pain be anymore."
