Lifetime Bethesda-area resident, died May 16, 2006 at Sibley Memorial Hospital in the arms of his family. He was born in Heidelberg, Germany on October 10, 1951. Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Deborah Pugh Sacks; and son, Robert Davis Sacks, of Glen Echo; sister Randy Sacks West of Middleburg, VA; his mother, Nancy L. Sacks, of Bethesda, MD; and nieces and nephews Shelley Blackwell West and Alexander Davis West of Potomac, MD; Bradley James, Katherine Marie, and Julie Ann Pugh, and Gordon Charles and Morgan Corinne Burt, all of Troy, OH. Memorial service will be held at St. Johns Norwood Parish, 6701 Wisconsin Avenue, Chevy Chase, MD on Saturday, May 20, 2006 at 3 p.m. Interment private. Please view and sign family guestbook at:
