EDWARD BRADY VEIHMEYER (Age 91)
On Sunday, December 16, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Margaret Veihmeyer; father of Catherine Hughes, Peggy (Ray) Malone, Mary Pat Veihmeyer, John (Beth) Veihmeyer, Nancy (David) Guza and the late Therese McPherson; father-in-law of Lon McPherson. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd, Silver Spring, MD, on Friday, December 21 from 10 to 11 a.m. where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Munroe Regional Medical Center Foundation, designated for The Therese McPherson Nursing Scholarship, 1121 SW First Avenue, Ocala, FL 34471 or Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of Washington, 924 G Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
