Eileen (Sullivan) Slack, of Washington D.C., died Monday, October 6, 2003. She recently celebrated her 88th birthday. Born in Stanord, CT, Eileen graduated in 1937 from Smith College. She was a long time resident of the Washington D.C. area. A retired civil servant, Eileen helped to support various charitable organizations. She is survived by a sister, two nieces, a nephew, and many friends. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at 2 p.m. on November 13, at Grand Oaks Assisted Living, 5901 MacArthur Blvd., NW, Washington DC. Interment will be on November 22, 11 a.m. at Union Cemetery, Hudson Falls, NY.
