ELEANOR S. GILBERT
Eleanor Sigler Gilbert, 87, of Frederick, died Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at Heartfields Assisted Living, Frederick. She was the wife of the late George Edel Gilbert, who passed away September 2006. A memorial service will be held at a later date at All Saints Episcopal Church, 106 W. Church Street, Frederick. Inurnment will be at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery, Fort Myer, VA.

My dear, sweet Grandmother. You gave me a wonderful name to carry on into the world, a name which I will honor by striving to live a life with your strength of spirit and insatiable curiosity. I respected, and loved you very much, and you will hold a special place in my heart - always. I love you.

I know she will be missed at her bridge games. I will keep your family in my prayers and always look to Gd the God of all comfort.

She will be greatly missed by all her bridge friends. I think of her often espcially her cute remarks that she would make while playing bridge.
