HERBERT ELIJAH HERBERT (Age 68) On April 27, 2008 of Annapolis, MD, formerly of Baltimore City Born March 30, 1940 in Annapolis, MD and a graduate of Wiley H. Bates High School, a recipient of the Brooks Robinson Award. He was preceded in death by his parents Bishop Calvin E. and Emma Herbert and his sister Audrey Herbert Matthews. Mr. Herbert is survived by his loving brothers Mason C. Herbert of Blytheville, AK; Raymond L. Herbert of Crownsville, MD; Oscar L. Herbert of Churchton, MD; Robert Herbert of Chesapeake Beach, MD and his caring sisters Elsie Herbert Larkins of Annapolis; Eileen Herbert Baltimore of Pasadena, MD; Carolyn Herbert James of Arnold, MD. A visitation will take place on Friday, May 2, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, May 3 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Holy Temple Cathedral, 708 Bestgate Road, Annapolis, where a Christian wake service will be on Saturday, May 3 at 10:30 a.m., with funeral to follow at 11:00 AM.
