Elizabeth Bryant

Elizabeth Bryant earned her wings at the age of 91, July 2, 2025, surrounded by family.
Liz was born Elizabeth Ann Auth to the late Benny and Caroline Auth in Boulevard Heights, Maryland. Married to her husband George (Kenny) for over 66 years she dedicated her life to raising five children and caring for her aging mother for 13 years. Liz was quite artistic with the pencil, dabbling in fashion and makeup and always conscience of her beautiful looks.
She loved attending family reunions, crab feasts and holidays. Most of all, Liz loved strolling through her yard daily admiring all her flower boxes and carefully manicured grass.
Liz and Kenny were married July 10, 1954, and built their own dream home in 1957 where they were one of the first families to reside in Stratford-on-the-Potomac. The Mount Vernon area was a great place to raise a family she so deeply loved and protected.
In addition to her parents, Liz was predeceased by her husband Kenny, son Mark, brothers Danny and Carl and sister Rosey. Left to cherish her memory are brothers Philip and Paul, Sons Tommy (Alicia), Steven (Tricia) and Todd, daughter Donna (Jim). She also adored her seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank all the caregivers who supported and loved her for the last several years, especially Abdul, Katie and Hannah, and our Odessa. Also, to the unbelievable care and love to Capital Caring Hospice allowing Liz a painless pass to heaven. But most of all Thank you Brother Todd for dedicating your life and love to your parent's care and wellbeing to the final hours.
A celebration of life will be held at St. Lous Catholic Church in Alexandria, VA. September 8, 2025. A Mass will be held at 11 a.m. followed by a light lunch in the church reception room. A private interment at Mount Comfort Cemetery will follow.
