Mikey, Mark, Christian and family,
Your mom was a great person, neighbor and friend. We had such great times in Marlton and she is forever in my prayers. She would laugh at that for sure.
As close neighbors, we were often sitting somewhere on a porch, in a front yard or in a kitchen just jabbering away. We had such a fun group of young parents that looked out for all the kids in our part of Marlton. Then we all moved up to the houses off of Grandhaven. We were really grown ups then.
Mikey and Mark - do you remember riding in the back of Mr. Mike's Plumbing truck- sitting in airplane seats? Christian you were too young at that time.
We had so much fun at our annual trek to RFK Stadium to see the Redskins. We dressed up in all of our Redskins gear, had super great seats and a wonderful time. We both looked forward to that day out.
Anyway, I hope you see this. It's interesting to see how I say similar things each time I post. .

Mike,Mark and Christian,
Your mom was one of those people you meet in life and never forget. She always had a story to tell. From the townhouse to the big time on Grandhaven we had so much fun just hanging around the house or sitting out front at all hours when you guys were little. My heart hurts.

Dear Siblings and Sons of Beth:
I went to High School with your sister/mother in Freshman year at Notre Dame Academy in Washington,D.C. I'm certain she maybe told you about what great fun she had going to an all girls Catholic H.S. She was the author of a song entitled "Ta, Ta Turtles." It was a big hit based on an old song "before our time even, known as Ka, Ka, Katie" and I can assure you that once NDA girls start responding to your mother's page herewith, other funny and very enjoyable "stories" will be told. Fortunately, only good memories and many smiles/grins come to mind. I personally wasn't surprised to learn about her spiritual side, either. Don't forget you can pray to her anytime (during Sunday mass) the part about the communion of saints refers to those close in our hearts! My Aunt Mary of the St. Catherine Laboure Prayer Chain, brought this to my attention recently, and it makes me feel all the more grateful to God and all of the saints who have gone before us! Aunt Mary's prayer chain has been praying for your mother and will continue praying for her and your entire family. Take care of yourselves and feel free to contact me at anytime if you feel the urge! Affectionately, Mrs. Carol Owings.

My heart goes out to the entire family. Beth was a phenomenal woman and a great source of wisdom. I knew Beth at Newman & Holtzinger and MLB where she gave me tremendous advice on childrearing and always could make me laugh. Her sons were her ultimate love and will be her future.

Beth, what can I say? Beth was so full of life, loads of laughs and just down right funny!! Beth was a really good person to be around. Every time I saw her she always had a kind word and a wonderful smile on her face. This is the Beth I'll always remember both physically and spiritually. I shall surely miss you Beth, as I'm sure everyone who worked with you at Newman & Holtzinger.

It is hard to think of Bethie being overcome by anything. I have always known her as a fighter since she was in her early teens, full of fun and laughter, with a soul that was tested and stayed strong. As a little sister, she set an example for us big sisters on dealing with life's adversities-she seemed to have more than her share. I am sure she will continue to teach us all some valuable lessons in living our own lives.

To the Sons and Family of Beth: I hope your treasure of warm, wonderful memories will comfort you during this sad time and, indeed, forever in time. "God," after all, "gave us memories, so that we might have roses in December." In Beth, all of us whose life she touched, we have a veritable bouquet.

Beth was a remarkable woman. Although I've known her a short while, she has left a lasting impression. I am so fortunate to have had a chance to meet and get to know Beth. Her presence enhanced our work environment and was a constant reminder that we can endure anything. Her spirits was a motivation to us all. To her family I am so sorry for your lost but cherish the times you had with her and know that she not only was a monument in your lives but added so much joy to many others. My prayers and thoughts are with you. God Bless.

To:Michael, Mark, Chris, Ricky, Marilyn, Patrick...How much richer our lives have been because of Bethy. What Bethy ment to me: Best friends, always together (Texas Ave.),partners in crime... poor Patrick..some of the things we would do to you, pool out back, skate keys, that blue skating outfit, the places we would go on our bikes, 4U2P, WONDERFUL mother...she loved you three sooooo much, strong in her faith, hard worker, loving, giving, always the optimist...how stupid could I be...I thought she would be around forever, my AOL buddie, my confident, my role model, my inspiration...I am a better person because I had her in my life....always and forever in my heart...I will miss you deeply..Love, Cindy
