On Thursday, January 26, 2012 of Lexington, KY, formerly of College Park, MD. Beloved wife of the late Jesse M. Carpenter; mother of Sue Anne (Gary) Barker; grandmother of Julie Pape, Andrew Barker and Kevin Barker; great-grandmother of Caroline Carter, Emily and Maggie Pape and Eleanor Barker; sister-in-law of Wilhelmina Gross. Graveside service and interment at the Little Chapel of Fort Lincoln Cemetery on Tuesday, January 31 at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass, 2312 Alexandria Dr., Lexington, KY 40504.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
