On August 2, 2006. Retired Metropolitan Police Lieutenant, EMMET A. SULLIVAN, beloved husband of the late Eileen G. Sullivan. He is survived by his children, Patricia E. Norris (Jeffrey), U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan (Nan) and Judith C. Smiley (Marchel); two grandsons, Emmet A. Sullivan II (Gayle) and Erik G. Sullivan; two great-grandchildren, TreVaughn and TeJha Sullivan; a dear friend, Marion Vaughn and many other relatives and friends. On Saturday, August 12, the family will receive friends at Rankin Memorial Chapel, Howard University, 2395 6th St., NW from 9 a.m. until service at 10 a.m. Private interment at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, Suitland, MD.
