On Sunday, May 1, 2005, EUGENE BAXTER CLARKE of Manassas, VA. Beloved husband of the late Mary E. Clarke; father of Eugene H. Clarke and Betty Jane Cummings. Also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, 500 University Blvd., West, Silver Spring, MD, Wednesday, May 4 from 12 noon to 1 p.m., where service will be held at 1 p.m. Interment George Washington Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Montgomery County Unit, 11331 Amherst Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20902.
