FERNANDO J. OTERO  (Age 55)  
On Monday, February 10, 2014 at his home in Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Dana Vagnoni; devoted father of Alejandro Xavier and Andres Rene; cherished son of Maria Teresa and the late Rene Otero; loving brother of Cecilia, Francisco "Pancho", Maria, Beatriz "BB", Rene, Carola, Lucia and the late Pablo Otero. Also survived by 12 nieces and nine nephews, one great-niece and many other loving family and friends. Friends may call at the HINES-RINALDI FUNERAL HOME, 11800 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20904 on Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, February 14, 2014 at 11 a.m. at The Shrine of The Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Western and Quesada St. NW, Washington, DC. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Montgomery Hospice, www.montgomeryhospice.org or to a charity of one's choice.
