Frances was a high school classmate from years ago. I just learned of her passing the other day from a fellow classmate. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. I had not seen her in a number of years, but she was a treasured classmate.

I can't adequately express my profound sadness at Fran's passing which I learned about after the service. She made such a contribution through her public service. All best wishes and sympathy to her family.
