FRANCES F. LEVINE
On Friday, April 13, 2012 Frances F. Levine of Kensington, MD born in Boston and raised in Lynn Massachusetts, she lived in Washington DC., most of her adult life. She was an active member of the Washington Hebrew Congregation for many years. She is predeceased by brothers Harry Layton, Lewis Levine; sisters Betty Lotterman and Eva Levine. Survived by nephews Richard Lotterman and Stephen Lotterman, and niece Gayle Kushner, as well as several great nieces and nephews. Services will be private. Donations may be made to Hadassah, Washington Hebrew Congregation or Navy Women's Association. Arrangements entrusted to Edward Sagel Funeral Direction.

Fran was a wonderful cook and baker. When she could no longer cook gourmet meals, she opted for Ruth Chris, Clydes, the deli, snd local chinese redtaurants.

Frances's last three years were spent with the wonderful nursing care at Manor Care Bethesda.
