FRANCIS ALLYN COOCH, III  
On October 20, 2012 of Annapolis, MD. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Etzel Cooch; loving father of Francis A. Cooch, IV of Annandale, VA; Anthony E. Cooch of Fairfax Station, VA; Stephen L. Cooch of Marlton, NJ; Christopher Cooch of Manassas, VA and Andrew Cooch of Arnold, MD. Also survived by 19 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call on Saturday, October 27 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home, 147 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis. Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 109 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis. Interment will full military honors will occur in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor, Jeanne Jugan Residence, 185 Salem Church Road, Newark, DE 19713.
