On Friday, July 30, 2004 of Alexandria, VA. Husband of Teresa Dugan; father of Kathleen Dugan, Sharon (Craig) Scott, Francis V. Dugan, Jr., John Dugan and Daniel Dugan. He is also survived by one brother, Joseph Dugan. Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 1 from 7 to 9 pm, at the JEFFERSON FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5755 Castlewellan Dr. (just south of the intersection of Franconia Rd. and S. Van Dorn), Alexandria, VA. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, August 2 at 11 a.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 6222 Franconia Rd, Alexandria, VA 22310. Interment with full military honors will be held on Thursday, September 23, 1 p.m. at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
