I didn't know. him AS FRANK But I kept looking At the picture in the Paper! I said I have to look it up in the Maryland.! I saw the picture clearly. Our Friend, my Daddy old Friend and my Father had Barbershop Everyone would stop when they was visiting! We knew him as Peaches!!! with his friendly smile. The Family has my Deepest sympathy And Prayers for your loss
