I will always remember the open arms, his beaming smiles and hugs my cousin Frank gave to me from my very young childhood days to the very last time I saw him. He loved his family. I loved him.

Frankie was a good friend to my mom. He was funny always telling jokes with an infectious smile. He enjoyed going to the casino and getting out of the house when he could. He will truly be missed. Butler/Fisher family
