Frank Weisel Obituary

Weisel

Frank S. Weisel III

Frank passed away on October 7, 2022 surrounded by his loving wife, sons and four loyal dogs. He went on peacefully cracking jokes just hours before to entertain the room, as always. Frank loved to care for his dogs and comment on the state of the world with his adoring wife, Lori. He is survived by Lori; sons, Michael (Meredith) Weisel, Travis (Brooke) Kraft; daughter, Aly (Brian) Hale and five grandchildren. His wit, banter and dad jokes will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him. We send "Pop" off storming one last castle in the clouds. Private arrangements entrusted to Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry Township.

I worked with Frank in 1978 when we were both new teachers at Parkland middle school
We were across the hall from each and I could hear his science lessons while all the kids listened intently to him and laughed appropriately
His wit, sarcasm and his wonderful hazel eyes will live on in my memory
Rest In Peace my friend
