Geri's loving heart touched everyone she met. She was a wonderful person who loved life. I will always remember our carpool days (20 years ago) driving to NAVSEA. Geri will truly be missed by friends and coworkers. My deepest sympathy to Billy, her Mom, and her entire family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Geri was like an Aunt to my husband Rob and his sister, Karri. She was a wonderful woman & I feel lucky to have known her. Our family has so may fond memories of her. Attached is a picture of Geri & my neice Rhyan at my daugther Jayci's 1st Birthday Party (Mar 03), she dressed up as a clown & terrified all of the kiddies :-)

I enjoyed working with Geri. She was very knowledgable of new construction aircraft carriers and she was happy to provide the support and guidance needed by others in producing these great ships. I will truely miss her. My prayers are with her family in this time of great loss.

As an employee at Supervisor of Shipbuilding Newport News Va, I worked with Geri for many years involving Government Furnished Material for new construction aircraft carriers. Her contributions to this program were many and she will be missed both for her knowledge and as a friend and co-worker. This news brought much shock and sadness. My condolences are sent to all her family.

My heart goes to BILLY. Your mom is a wonderful person, friend, coworker and now a very special angel. For the last 16+ years I have known your mom from working at NAVSEA. I still can't believe this is true and she's gone. God bless you Billy and the Wehrle family.

Geri,

Thank you for being such a wonderful person. You always knew how to make me smile! I can still hear the words of encouragement you gave me as I left for my new job. God must have something wonderful planned for you if he wanted you back so soon. I'll miss you.

Undoubtedly, Geri is one of the most caring & unselfish people I have had the fortune to meet. She truly touched everyone around her in a positive way, no matter the situation. She will be sorely missed as a loyal friend, but her spirit will live on among those who know her.

To Geri's Family,

I had the opportunity to work with Geri the last five years. She was a fine lady with a quick wit and laugh. No matter how difficult the topic she always had her sense of humor. My thoughts and prayer are with you during this difficult time.
