On April 26, 2005, beloved wife of the late Dr. Samuel Zola. Survived by loving children, Eileen (Jeffrey) Joseph, Geoffrey (Andrea) Zola; and cherished grandchildren, Jonathan, Jeremy, and Ivy. She was born in New York City and attended Fieldston Ethical Culture School; Columbia University, Connecticut College for Women in an accelerated program, and graduated from Hood College. She also attended Juillard School of Music where she studied piano. She married Dr. Samuel Zola and moved to Washington where she served on many hospital boards. She was a two-term President of B'nai B'rith Women and participated in numerous philanthropies. She was an avid golfer and was a Realtor Associate with Begg/Long & Foster for 20 years. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 28 at 1:00 p.m. at Adas Israel Congregation Synagogue at Connecticut Avenue and Porter Streets, N.W., Washington, DC. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Eileen and Jeff Joseph, 7205 Loch Edin Ct., Potomac, MD, on Thursday evening.
