We sadly announce the passing of Gregory Scott Milone on October 6, 2016, husband of Consuelo B. Milone of Brazil; brother of Peter, Steven and Paul Milone and youngest son of Peter and Tulla Milone. Greg passed away peacefully, in Washington DC, his home of 35 years, with his wife and family by his side. Greg will be known forever for his wonderful soul, kind personality, artistic talents and ability to make everyone who knew him better appreciate the world around them. Greg was born and raised in Livingston NJ and graduated from Colgate University. Over the years, Greg was a pioneer in the modern soccer business, founding Intersport Limited with his brothers. They went on to build a company that helped shape the soccer marketing business as it stands today. Greg was the creative force behind the American soccer brand Lanzera. Greg went on to work on a number of professional initiatives, primarily with Elevation, a Washington, DC based marketing firm that has become one of the leading Hispanic advertising and brand marketing firms in the nation. Greg leaves behind his wife, Consuelo; three brothers, Peter, Steven and Paul, and an extended family ranging from Kona Hawaii, Brazil and Washington, DC. A celebration of Greg's life will take place on Tuesday, October 11 at 1 p.m., at the Top of the Town in Arlington Virginia.
