On October 2, 2002, HAROLD B. "BILLY" CHINN, JR., 72, a US Navy Veteran and longtime youth worker. Son of the late Harold Bruce and Louise Nash Chinn. Survived by two sons, Michael and Gregory; four granddaughters, two grandsons, a sister, loving aunts, numerous cousins, family and friends. Homecoming Saturday, October 12, beginning at 12 noon at 4115 Meade St., NE.

I was very sad to hear of Bill's passing. One of my most cherished memories, and earlist, is of Bill walking me by the hand to my fisrt Redskins game, I've been a life long fan since then, of both. I'll miss him.
