On Saturday, April 23, 2016 of Rockville, Maryland. Beloved husband of the late Mary Jeanette Peebles, loving father of Victoria Lynn Peebles (Douglas Land) and Amy Laura Maddox (Michael Maddox). Grandfather of Kieran Lowery Maddox. Memorial service will be held at PUMPHREY''S COLONIAL FUNERAL HOME, 300 W. Montgomery Ave., (Rt. 28, exit 6A just off I-270) on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 10 a.m. Inurnment will be at Arlington National Cemetery with Military Honors at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Macular Degeneration Foundation, P.O. Box 515, Northampton, MA 01061-0515 in Harry''s name. Sorry to hear of Harry's passing. He was a long time friend, mentor and colleague. We corresponded each Christmas and we did this past December also. Etta and I will miss him very much.
