SHIRLEY A. POWELLS
On Tuesday, April 19, 2016. Loving and devoted mother of Carol Powells and Michael Powells. She is also survived by her brother, Lawrence Hilliard; three grandchildren, Alisha Powells, Angelique Powells and Isaiah Stewart; other relatives and friends. Mrs. Powells will lie in state at the Tenth Street Baptist Church, 10th & R. Sts., NW on Thursday, April 28 from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. Interment Harmony Memorial Park. Services by STEWART.
