DOMBROWSKI HENRY FRANCIS DOMBROWSKI On Monday, February 4, 2008 at Cherrydale Health Care Center; husband of the late Dorothy Jane Dombrowski; father of Dr. John F. Dombrowski. Also survived by a daughter-in-law, Dr. Jill J. Dombrowski; two grandchildren, Carolyn and Michael Dombrowski and a niece, Maryann Dombrowski. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 17 at 12:45 p.m. at Fort Myer Chapel, Arlington, VA. Graveside services and inurnment at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities, 200 N. Glebe Rd., Suite 506, Arlington, VA 22203. Arrangements by MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Arlington.
